WHY ARE PHOTOS SUCH POOR QUALITY?? Several Properties have no photos. It is recommended that you contact me   deraby AT att.net  to verify what photos are available for your Surname before you order CD or prints.
Every Effort has been made to locate complete set of original images in Oak Ridge, Chicago, and National Archives. They have not been found to exist. The only ones found to this date are photostatic paper negatives which I scanned and processed for publication. I was not satisfied with the quality, but used what was available. HOPEFULLY the original prints, or negatives will be located to provide a better complete set.  This set of images were kept in Classified documents building in Oak Ridge until 1987 and then sent to Archives in Georgia where I found them in 2002.

How to preview the prints before I order: I recommend that you preview images either on CD or on website before you order.

1. There is a $10 charge to process the pictures for viewing on this website. This is credited toward purchase of prints ordered. This charge is necessary to pay expenses of processing and web site posting.

2. Go to Surname Index page and determine the property section and number of your family interest. Send this number to me email on the CONTACT US page and I will respond with available information on how to preview the pictures on the website.

3. After I process the pictures and have them ready to post I will notify you of the previewing on PHOTO FILES and ordering procedure.
If you have a CD and know the name and number of the picture you want printed you can order with PRINT ORDER Form (Download Print Order Form)
Why is there a $10 charge to preview the pictures? The intent of this project is to make these pictures available to you after 60 years locked in vaults at OR DOE. They are not free. There are more than 5,600 pictures in this collection and it involves a large investment of time and equipment to make them available.
The $10 will be credited on first order if you purchase prints.
Thank You,
Please contact me if you have questions.  Donald Raby
